Обязанности: Развитие культуры безопасности и пищевой безопасности у сотрудников и подрядчиков, обеспечение выполнения требований безопасности и пищевой безопасности к логистической инфраструктуре; Управление складской логистикой: эффективная организация складских операций, определение оптимальной модели складской системы, непрерывное улучшение исполнения целевых показателей работы склада, взаимодействие с подрядчиками, реализация проектов повышения производственной и экономической эффективности; Управление транспортной логистикой: поддержание целевого уровня сервиса доставки в торговые точки, определение оптимальной модели доставки и характеристик подвижного состава, непрерывное улучшение исполнения целевых показателей работы доставки, взаимодействие с подрядчиками, реализация проектов повышения производственной и экономической эффективности; Поддержка и развитие команды с фокусом на карьерный и профессиональный рост; Бюджетирование операционной логистики, подготовка оперативных финансовых прогнозов и анализ отклонений; Взаимодействие с логистическими партнёрами и их развитие. Требования: Высшее образование (техническое, экономическое, логистика); Опыт работы на менеджерских позициях в логистике от 3 лет; Опыт операционной и проектной работы; Опыт бюджетирования, финансовая грамотность, понимание основ статистики; Опыт успешного ведения переговоров.
