Контроль и организация подготовки отчетов в период закрытия Утверждение фактических данных и исключений с полевыми командами продаж Обеспечение загрузки результатов работы в систему Организация своевременного выполнения процессов на должном уровне Управление производительностью, рисками и проблемами (включая соответствие SLA) Постоянное совершенствование процессов Управление проектами (запуск новых сервисов, изменения и т. д.) Создание и развитие высокоэффективных и результативных команд для обеспечения сервиса и производительности на ожидаемом уровне Оценка эффективности работы команды и управление ее эффективностью и постоянным повышением рабочей нагрузки групп. Создание прочных и надежных партнерских отношений с деловыми партнерами Влияние на различные уровни сотрудников - от индивидуальных лиц до высшего руководства - как прямо, так и косвенно Управление командой супервайзеров ) Обеспечивать эффективное выполнение контрольных процедур в соответствии с требованиями PepsiCo; В случае изменения риска/ процесса/ бизнеса своевременно информировать владельцев процесса и службу внутреннего контроля обо всех фактах, способных повлиять на выполнение и эффективность контрольных процедур; Осуществлять мониторинг эффективности контрольных процедур и, в случае необходимости, обеспечивать своевременное устранение недостатков контрольных процедур. Требования: Образование: Высшее (техническое, математическое, ИТ, статистика, финансы, аналитика предпочтительнее) Опыт работы в аналитике, отчетности, статистике более 5 лет предпочтителен. Опыт работы в FMCG компаниях и торговых операциях в качестве плюса; менеджерский опыт от 3 лет Экспертные знания в области бизнес-аналитики и отчетности; знание других функциональных областей бизнеса Навыки: системы ERP, системы отчетности, опытный пользователь MS Office Английский язык - Upper intermediate (письмо, чтение, поддержание разговора на бизнес темы) Навыки управления проектами Проверенная высокая эффективность работы с постоянными бизнес-результатами.
