Обязанности: Формирование и реализация стратегии развития компетенций Dairy Supply Chain; Развитие целевой capability-модели и системы управления компетенциями функции; Определение приоритетов развития компетенций с учетом текущих и будущих потребностей бизнеса; Управление портфелем программ развития в области функциональной экспертизы, лидерства и Operational Excellence; Формирование системы оценки эффективности и влияния capability-инициатив на бизнес-результаты; Развитие партнерства с внутренними экспертами и внешними провайдерами обучения; Развитие Lean Leadership и интеграция Lean-принципов в систему управления и принятия решений; Формирование культуры непрерывных улучшений, операционного совершенства и ответственности за результат; Обеспечение вклада capability-повестки в достижение целей по производительности, эффективности затрат и качеству сервиса. Требования: Высшее образование; Опыт работы от 5-7 лет в области Цепей поставок (минимум в 2-х функциях внутри SC); Глубокое понимание бизнеса Dairy и сильные финансовые компетенции; Подтвержденный опыт управления командами и кросс-функциональными инициативами; Подтвержденный опыт реализации трансформационных программ, capability-инициатив или проектов по управлению изменениями; Сильные навыки управления портфелем проектов и влияния без прямого подчинения; Опыт реализации инициатив по повышению производительности и организационной эффективности; Свободное владение английским языком; Как преимущество: Опыт работы в FMCG; Сертификация Lean Six Sigma Green Belt или Black Belt; Опыт развития программ Operational Excellence или Continuous Improvement; Опыт работы с Spark, Lean, Daily Management Systems или другими методологиями непрерывных улучшений; Опыт работы с цифровыми платформами обучения и инструментами управления компетенциями.
