Обязанности: Выпускать стандартные и специализированные отчеты и аналитики (низкая и средняя сложность). Создание стандартных и специализированных презентаций. Выполнение ежедневной проверки качества данных систем и отчетов. Проведение ежедневной проверки производительности . Предоставление консультации и помощи по отчетам конечным и ключевым пользователям. Участие в создании руководств для конечных и ключевых пользователей. Участие в модификации / разработке и тестировании отчетности. Обеспечение выполнения всех задач в соответствии с целями (временем и качеством) в зоне ответственности. Устанавливать эффективные деловые отношения с сотрудниками отдела продаж и смежных отделов (отдел персонала, отдел развития бизнеса, отдел операций по продажам, отдел финансов и т.д) для обеспечения целостного и эффективного процесса коммуникации и совместной поддержки. Проходить обучение и сдавать квалификационные тесты для получения доступа и работы в соответствующих учетных системах и корпоративных сетевых ресурсах. Аккуратно и своевременно оформлять и сопровождать подписание внутренних и внешних документов необходимых для работы подразделения. Организовывать и поддерживать хранение копий документов, с ведением реестра. Объем документооборота определяется непосредственным руководителем. Постоянно улучшать процессы и совершенствовать инструменты отчетности. Требования: Образование: Высшее (техническое, математическое, ИТ, статистика, финансы, аналитика предпочтительнее); Опыт работы в аналитике, отчетности, статистике более 1-2 года являются предпочтительными, опыт в FMCG компаниях - в качестве преимущества; Навыки: опытный MS Office пользователь, продвинутый уровень Excel (обязательно), хорошие аналитические навыки, хорошие навыки подготовки презентаций, ERP-системы и создание макросов в качестве плюса; Знание языков: русский язык (свободно), английский язык (средний); Умение работать с большими объемами информации; Технический и аналитический склад ума; Стрессоустойчивость; Ориентация на клиента; Умение работать в команде; Хорошие коммуникативные навыки и способность эффективно решать проблемы.
