Overview We are looking for a Key Account Manager to support the management of strategic customers. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop commercial expertise in a fast‑paced FMCG environment, contributing to top‑line growth through strong execution, analytics, and customer partnership. Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management of key accounts within the channel Contribute to the development and execution of annual commercial and promotional plans Analyze sales performance, margins, market share and promotional effectiveness Track KPIs and proactively identify growth opportunities Prepare commercial proposals, customer presentations and performance reviews Work closely with Trade Marketing and Field Sales teams to ensure flawless in-store execution Support and gradually lead customer negotiations in line with company strategy Ensure correct implementation of agreed campaigns and in-store activations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics or related field 2–3 years of experience in FMCG (Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management or similar) – mandatory Previous exposure to Key Account Management - mandatory Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency Fluency in Portuguese and English Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven approach High level of curiosity, ownership and commitment Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
