Quick Look Pay: $30.85 per hour Location: Arlington, TX Work Days: Sunday-Thursday Start Time: 5pm (Sun) & 7:30pm (Tues-Thurs) End Time: 1:30am (Sun) & 4am (Tues-Thurs) Operate production equipment, complete quality checks, and keep manufacturing lines running safely and efficiently so beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina can reach your community. What You’ll Do Place Salts Filling bags into Salts Assembly boxes and make sure each bag matches the visual display for the assigned station Set up and support production equipment, including carton check weighers, case sealers, tilting stations, scales, hand sealers, metal detectors, label applicators, palletizers, powered pallet jacks, and forklifts Complete quality checks for each assembly production order, including label verification, weight checks, metal detector verification, mandatory screen checks, and required documentation Hand tape, hand stack, print and apply labels, move product through the line, and support palletizing activities as needed Receive, manage, assign, and stage raw materials for fillers, including dispensing super sacks and verifying materials are ready for production Support dump room setup, perform hopper blowdowns for Hayssens, complete general cleaning, and perform assigned area duties to keep operations running safely and efficiently Complete SAP inventory movements for rework, singles, and other production needs as required Lead handfill operations by filling codes to weight, verifying metal detectors, confirming product labels, checking raw material staging, and completing documentation on a digital factory tablet Communicate production, quality, safety, equipment, and material issues to Team Leaders, Supervisors, Quality, and Maintenance; escalate non-conformances or equipment concerns quickly Follow PepsiCo GMP, safety, food safety, environmental, hazardous material handling, and regulatory requirements, including use of required PPE and stop-work authority when unsafe conditions or food safety risks are identified Maintain required certifications, operator qualifications, and training requirements, and support onboarding or training for other team members as needed Support AIBI Global Standards, Global Control Standards, ISO, GEHSMS, continuous improvement, pep+ commitments, and other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts and overtime Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for long periods of time with or without a reasonable accomodation Ability to sit, stand, squat, bend, go up/down stairs and twist for long periods of time with or without a reasonable accomodation Abiility to work in a non-climate controlled environment What to Expect On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you’ll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
