Bij PepsiCo Veurne produceren én verpakken we dagelijks miljoenen zakken chips voor consumenten in binnen- en buitenland. Als Packaging Machine Operator sta je letterlijk aan het hart van dat proces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze producten correct worden verpakt, bewaakt de kwaliteit en houdt onze productielijnen draaiende. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je werkt met moderne machines, lost kleine technische storingen op en houdt een oogje in het zeil zodat alles veilig en efficiënt blijft verlopen. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat merken zoals Lay's, Doritos en Cheetos elke dag perfect verpakt bij onze klanten terechtkomen. Dan voel je je bij PepsiCo helemaal thuis. 🚀🥔 Responsibilities Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat onze chips perfect verpakt de fabriek verlaten. Samen met je collega's hou je onze verpakkingslijnen draaiende en zorg je ervoor dat miljoenen consumenten kunnen genieten van hun favoriete PepsiCo-producten. Je stelt onze verpakkingsmachines in, bedient ze en houdt ze nauwlettend in de gaten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste verpakkingen, smaken en producten op het juiste moment op de lijn terechtkomen. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en grijpt meteen in wanneer iets niet aan onze hoge standaarden voldoet. Je lost kleine technische storingen zelfstandig op en schakelt collega's van de technische dienst in wanneer nodig. Je voert omstellingen uit zodat de lijn klaar is voor de volgende productie. Je denkt actief mee na over verbeteringen op vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie. Je zorgt samen met je team voor een propere, veilige en georganiseerde werkplek. Je werkt in een 5-ploegensysteem. Je hebt technisch inzicht en bent nieuwsgierig naar hoe machines werken. Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.Je blijft rustig wanneer het tempo omhoog gaat. Je bent een teamspeler die graag samen resultaten behaalt. Ervaring in een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw motivatie en leergierigheid vinden we minstens even belangrijk.
