Overview 该职位负责工厂生产设备的日常管理维护、保养、培训、技术改造和运行和成本管理；工厂RECON项目（能源和水的节约）的管理。 Responsibilities 1.负责产线的PM的执行。包含PM计划的制定，备件的采购和准备，PM操作步骤方法SOP的制定，PM的现场执行工作安排等 2.参与现场故障的维修以及故障的总结，RCA的编写等。 3.负责现场的设备的巡检和隐患的发现。 4.现场的质量和安全相关问题的整改和跟进 5.负责一线员工的技能培训。包括培训材料的准备、开展培训、培训考核试题的准备等。 6.负责现场设备和备件的结构或工艺的优化和改造。 7.负责Stax机械相关项目的跟进。 Qualifications 1、本科或以上学历，机械、机电相关专业毕业2、5年以上设备维修工作经验，具有食品行业经验者优先 3、熟悉常见食品生产设备比如泵类、皮带输送类、震槽输送类、包装设备、装箱设备等的保养和维护4、能诊断和处理设备机械方面的故障，应对设备突发故障具有随即应变的技术方案和技 术改良能力5、熟练使用CAD软件或Solidworks等三维设计软件 6、能适应工厂工作环境，乐于从事生产一线工作7、有较强的责任心、沟通能力、善于学习；动手能力强
