The posting

Overview Ensure optimal equipment reliability, performance, and technical availability by developing, implementing, and continuously improving robust Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs. Drive reliability improvement by ensuring high-quality PM execution, analyzing equipment performance data (e.g., MTBF, MTTR), and continuously optimizing maintenance strategies. Own and enhance the Preventive Maintenance framework, including PM task development, frequency optimization, and standardization to prevent failures and extend asset life. Provide clear visibility of asset health and performance by leveraging CMMS data, PM compliance tracking, condition monitoring technologies, and failure analysis outcomes. Lead and sustain reliability initiatives across Process, Packaging, and Utilities by applying structured methodologies such as RCA, RCM, and FMEA, ensuring PM tasks effectively address failure modes. Strengthen maintenance effectiveness by ensuring PM plans are detailed, risk-based, and include proper job planning (parts, tools, safety, procedures) to improve execution efficiency. Enhance overall plant performance by integrating PM, PdM, and analytical problem-solving approaches to reduce breakdowns, minimize downtime, and improve equipment lifecycle management. Act as the owner of reliability and PM excellence, ensuring all maintenance activities deliver measurable improvements in equipment performance and sustainable operational results. Responsibilities Failure Analysis: Leads Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on chronic equipment failures to implement permanent engineering solutions. Strategy Optimization: Develops and refines asset care plans using methodologies like Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) or FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). Data Analytics: Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) to assess plant health. Condition Monitoring: Integrates predictive technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography) into the maintenance strategy Maximize Technical Availability and Asset Reliability across all production lines by effectively leading, promoting and introducing analytical problem solving techniques to maximize the overall asset effectiveness. Lead the site Asset Reliability program. Own and develop the site Analytical Problem Solving, (APS) Root Cause Analysis (RCA) systems, be the “gatekeeper” for effective closure ensuring all relevant improvements are coordinated via appropriate teams. Manage the Condition Monitoring & Lubrication program on route to “zero (planned) maintenance time concept” – this will drive an increase in technical availability. Work Order Execution: Prepares detailed job plans—identifying required parts, tools, safety requirements, and step-by-step procedures—to ensure technicians work efficiently. Scheduling: Coordinates with operations and production teams to schedule planned downtime, ensuring minimum disruption to output. CMMS Management: Utilizes Computerized Maintenance Management Systems to track labor costs, track PM frequencies, and generate maintenance metrics + Power BI Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Electrical / Mechanical or related engineering fields Excellent problem solving skills. Prepared to challenge assumptions. Fundamental knowledge of mechanical systems through qualifications and/or experience Excellent analytical skills, problem solving, performance management, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skill Ability to work in a constantly changing dynamicand challenging environment + AI utilization. Experience Strong experience at least 5 years experience in programming PLCs and microprocessor-based control equipment for major projects. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
