Obiectivele generale ale rolului: Dezvoltă prezența comercială în zona alocată prin creșterea vânzărilor, atragerea de clienți noi și consolidarea relațiilor cu cei existenți, asigurând implementarea standardelor comerciale, de merchandising și promovare, precum și gestionarea eficientă a activităților operaționale și financiare. Responsibilities Responsabilitati: Vizitarea zilnică a magazinelor din zona alocată, conform planificării și obiectivelor stabilite. Identificarea potențialilor clienți și dezvoltarea portofoliului de clienți activi. Creșterea vânzărilor prin promovarea produselor și dezvoltarea relațiilor cu clienții existenți. Negocierea comenzilor, identificarea soluțiilor pentru clienți și atingerea indicatorilor de performanță (KPI). Asigurarea disponibilității produselor și dezvoltarea distribuției și a prezenței acestora în piață. Implementarea promoțiilor și a inițiativelor de Trade Marketing, conform strategiilor companiei. Monitorizarea pieței și comunicarea informațiilor relevante către superiorul direct. Optimizarea plasării echipamentelor și a vizibilității produselor la punctele de vânzare. Prevenirea situațiilor de lipsă a produselor la raft (Out of Stock – OOS). Qualifications Cerințe: Studii medii finalizate. Permis de conducere categoria B. Abilități bune de comunicare, prezentare și negociere. Capacitate de analiză și lucru cu cifrele. Abilități de rezolvare a problemelor. Orientare către rezultate și satisfacția clienților. Abilități interpersonale și capacitate de relaționare.
