Sobre la posición Buscamos incorporar un/a Jefe/a de Turno de Producción para liderar, coordinar y desarrollar un equipo de entre 25 y 35 personas en un entorno industrial de fabricación alimentaria. La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento diario de los objetivos de Seguridad, Calidad, Servicio, Productividad y Personas, promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua y asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de las operaciones durante su turno. Se trata de una posición clave dentro de la planta, con un fuerte componente de liderazgo de equipos, toma de decisiones y coordinación con los departamentos de Producción, Mantenimiento, Calidad, Logística y Planificación. Responsibilities Liderar y coordinar al equipo de producción durante el turno asignado, garantizando un entorno de trabajo seguro, productivo y motivador. Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de producción y de los objetivos operativos establecidos. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad alimentaria, seguridad laboral y medioambiente. Supervisar el rendimiento de las líneas de producción, identificando desviaciones e impulsando acciones correctivas. Gestionar incidencias operativas y coordinar los recursos necesarios para minimizar paradas y pérdidas de eficiencia. Realizar el seguimiento de indicadores de producción (OEE, productividad, mermas, calidad, seguridad, etc.). Desarrollar y motivar a los miembros del equipo mediante seguimiento, formación y coaching. Promover una cultura de mejora continua, participación y orientación a resultados. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos y las buenas prácticas de fabricación. Coordinar los relevos de turno y garantizar una comunicación efectiva entre equipos y departamentos. Qualifications Formación Profesional en áreas industriales, producción, mantenimiento, automatización, electricidad, mecánica o similares. Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en un puesto similar, liderando equipos en entornos industriales o de producción. Experiencia en gestión de personas, organización de recursos y resolución de incidencias operativas. Capacidad de liderazgo, comunicación e influencia. Orientación a resultados y mejora continua. Conocimientos de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de gestión de producción. SAP valorable. Nivel de inglés valorable.
