We welcome people from all backgrounds and levels of experience – what matters is your approach and mindset. The Opportunity You’ll play an important role in our Snacks and Quaker business. Walkers, Doritos and Quaker are home favourites across the UK, and you’ll get close to them, supporting the customer plans, promotions and sales analysis behind them. You’ll build strong relationships internally and externally while developing your commercial expertise. You’ll learn how a leading FMCG sales organisation operates, gain exposure to some of the UK’s leading retailers and contribute from day one. Responsibilities Rotate across different customers and areas of the Sales function. Help embed new ways of working in the Sales function, driven by digital, process-improvement and business-transformation initiatives. Contribute to customer presentations, reviews and business planning activities. Get involved in projects that drive future growth across our commercial teams. Help build a positive, high-performing team culture – join our Great Place to Work teams, get involved in (or lead) employee resource groups (ERGs), drive recognition and rewards, and come up with events that boost engagement and keep the fun in how we deliver. Qualifications Growth mindset, agility and curiosity to learn A passion for sales, customers and building relationships. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The resilience to test and learn – to try new approaches and learn from the results. Analytical thinking and confidence working with data. A proactive approach and drive to achieve results. The ability to influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. No degree required. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and levels of experience. Prior experience is considered but not essential – we hire for growth mindset, ambition and passion. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
