Overview We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to represent our Walkers brand. In this role, you will take ownership of your own territory, covering more than 120 stores and visiting approximately 10 to 15 locations each day. As you'll spend much of your time working independently, you'll need to be self-driven, adaptable, and highly organised, with strong time management skills and the confidence to make decisions on the go. Each customer has unique needs, so you'll be expected to provide a tailored approach, offering expert recommendations on our top-performing products, sharing details of upcoming promotions, and using your enthusiasm for our brands to help customers grow their business. While this position focuses heavily on individual performance and ownership, you'll also be part of a collaborative and supportive team. Your colleagues will provide guidance, expertise, and encouragement whenever needed. Alongside achieving your personal KPIs, you'll take responsibility for a designated Champion area, acting as a key contact within the team. This will involve sharing updates, helping colleagues identify opportunities, and supporting business initiatives, providing an excellent platform for personal development and wider networking across the organisation. Responsibilities Cash and carry visit to collect stock. Plan your day ahead using your call file and ensuring each store benefits from your visit. Maintaining a safe work environment. Build strong relationships with your customers to maximise your service to them. Creating, growing, and maintaining your own personal portfolio. Achieve and exceed business KPIs. Champion an aspect of role for the team you work with. Qualifications Full, manual UK driving license. Selling Skills. Basic IT Skills. Relationship building. Time management. A positive and persuasive attitude towards your work. An individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. Experience of working to targets.
