Overview Als Demand Planner (m/w/d) bist du für die Erstellung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Bedarfsplanung verantwortlich. Mit deinem analytischen Verständnis sorgst du für präzise Forecasts und schaffst die Grundlage für fundierte unternehmerische Entscheidungen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Vertrieb, Marketing, Operations und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen und übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle im Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Durch deine datenbasierte Arbeitsweise und dein Gespür für Markt- und Geschäftsentwicklungen trägst du maßgeblich zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten und zukunftsorientierten Supply Chain bei. Responsibilities Erstellung, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Bedarfsplanung und Forecasts. Analyse von Absatzentwicklungen, Marktveränderungen sowie Forecast-Abweichungen und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing, Operations und weiteren Fachbereichen zur Integration relevanter Markt- und Business-Insights in die Bedarfsplanung. Koordination und Abstimmung der Bedarfsplanung im Rahmen des Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)-Prozesses. Erstellung von Forecasts sowie Unterstützung der Budget- und Jahresplanung durch fundierte Analysen. Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Demand-Planning-Prozesses sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen. Weiterentwicklung von Planungsmethoden, Prozessen und Tools zur Steigerung der Prognosequalität und Planungseffizienz. Erstellung von wöchentlichen und monatlichen Reports, KPI-Auswertungen und Management-Präsentationen. Analyse und Dokumentation relevanter Kennzahlen als Grundlage für datenbasierte Entscheidungen. Mitwirkung an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten sowie aktive Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Supply-Chain- und Planungsprozesse. Qualifications Was Du mitbringst Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem international agierenden Konsumgüterunternehmen im Bereich Demand Planning Kenntnisse aus dem Bereich Supply Planning ist von Vorteil Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung, Sozialkompetenz, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Lösungsorientierung sind für Dich keine Fremdwörter Bei herausfordernden Situationen bewahrst Du einen kühlen Kopf und verfügst über die Fähigkeit Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einer hohen Detailgenauigkeit zielorientiert einzusetzen Du zeichnest Dich durch ein hohes Maß an analytischem und konzeptionellem Denken aus Du bist in der Lage komplexe Ergebnisse auszuwerten, in einen Business Kontext zu setzen, Handlungsempfehlungen daraus abzuleiten und diese verständlich zu kommunizieren Mit Deiner ausgeprägten Fähigkeit zu cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit , Deiner „Can-Do“ Attitude und Deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise bringst Du Deine Aufgaben aktiv zum Erfolg Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift #sodastream Warum SodaStream?
