Location: Morrisons Head Office, Bradford, UK. We are recruiting for a Supply Implant to support our joint supply chain initiatives by fostering collaborative relationships with one of our key customers. You will be a supply chain specialist responsible for enhancing the customer experience through the development of joint supply chain business plans and the resolution of service-impacting issues. Acting as the primary point of contact between the customer and PepsiCo Supply Chain, you will drive operational excellence, strengthen collaboration, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. About the role This role requires end-to-end portfolio management of all Walkers and Quaker products listed with the customer. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining trusted relationships, while owning all demand planning and fulfilment requirements through the effective use of the customer's in-house systems. Key Stakeholder Interactions 80% External Based at the customer's office four days per week. Manage baseline forecasts across all products and accurately forecast promotional activity, including WIGIGs and range changes. Resolve failed orders, manage risks to promotional activity, provide timely stakeholder feedback, and oversee inventory replenishment systems. Utilise customer systems and tools to analyse sales trends, improve forecast accuracy, and identify opportunities to remove supply chain bottlenecks. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Commercial, and Field teams, as well as external customer stakeholders. Support the Customer Collaboration Lead in facilitating Joint Supply Planning (JSP) meetings, including 30/60/90-day reviews. Assist with key business projects focused on improving ordering, delivery efficiency, and overall supply chain performance. Develop a strong understanding of the customer's promotional calendar and ensure forecasts align with agreed timelines. Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, processes, and ways of working. Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships while balancing the needs of both organisations. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance the needs of internal and external partners. Experience working cross-functionally to gather information, maintain forecast accuracy, and drive continuous improvement. Confidence to work independently and make sound decisions. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
