Overview Suportar a liderança e equipe de EHS na construção do ambiente de trabalho seguro, sustentável e em conformidade com as leis e regulamentações para todos os colaboradores do site AMAVALE FILIAL Garantir a conformidade e a melhoria contínua dos procedimentos e objetivos de EHS , através operacionalização dos sistemas de Gestão, da participação de auditorias internas e do acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho. Garantir o cumprimento dos objetivos, metas e indicadores definidos pela Pepsico e atuar na participação das estratégias em EHS. Scope: Brazil Operations: Fazendas Responsibilities Processos de Gestão de EHS: Atuar na agenda de redução de indicadores e índices de acidentes de trabalho da FAZENDA Auxilia na Gestão dos prestadores de serviço que atuam na manutenção de equipamentos críticos do setor (tratores, plataformas, etc), bem como validação documental e homologação dos mesmos; Realizar checklists de campo, inspeções operacionais e apoiar na conferência de documentos exigidos dos prestadores; Apoiar na divulgação, organização de eventos e na realização de ações práticas para fortalecer a cultura de EHS; Acompanhar indicadores e apoiar na realização de relatórios, bem como monitoramento de informações; Participa da implementação de programas culturais. Cumprir com todas as normas, programas e diretrizes de EHS – Sustentabilidade Ambiental, Segurança e Saúde; Cumprir e fazer cumprir Requisitos Legais (Legislações Municipais, Estaduais e Federais) aplicáveis ao nosso negócio ; Elaborar Programas, Procedimentos e Instruções de Trabalho para controle dos Riscos Ocupacionais inerentes ao processo de trabalho; Registrar, reportar e investigar ocorrências, identificando causas principais e estabelecer ações de correção e prevenção junto a(s) área(s) e responsáveis; Desenvolver e Aplicar treinamentos aos funcionários de acordo com suas funções; Dar suporte Técnico em Segurança para todas as áreas; Desenvolver e implementar procedimentos de EHS e com interface a outras áreas; Realizar inspeções de campo, identificar condições inseguras, registrar e reportar para o time técnico avaliar e propor ações corretivas; Apoiar na revisão, organização, atualização e distribuição desses documentos aos times operacionais; Gestão dos EPI’s e EPC’s; Gestão de Segurança dos Terceiros e Prestadores de Serviços que atuam no setor; Participações nas principais reuniões com as áreas transportes, Armazéns (Warehouses), Logistica e vendas; Apoiar na implementação prática das mudanças aprovadas, garantindo que as equipes entendam e cumpram as novas diretrizes, Monitoramento e elaboração de plano de ações para melhorias do cumprimento de regras de segurança; Participar da implementação das ações da estratégias de segurança. Gerenciamento de Requisitos Legais: Realizar assessment de riscos (LPR – Levantamento de Perigos e Riscos) e planos de ação para minimizar riscos; Participar da implementação de requisitos legais aplicáveis a área, bem como realizar a fiscalização dos mesmos; Apoiar na organização de documentos, relatórios e evidências necessárias para subsidiar as perícias Sistema de Gestão GEHSMS: Participar da implementação e acompanhamento das diretrizes e procedimentos do sistema de gestão de segurança GEHSMS, atendendo aos requisitos das normas ISO / NBR / OHSAS e requisitos legais; Realizar auditorias frequentes na áre com o intuito de garantir o atendimento e aderência ao sistema de Gestão GEHSMS; Atuar junto aos demais TSTs da planta em prol da melhoria continua do setor; Participar da implementação de procedimentos de gestão do GEHSMS aplicáveis ao setor. Qualifications 2 anos de experiência como técnico em segurança do trabalho Conhecimento básico em ISO 45001 Capacidade de alimentar planilhas, gerar relatórios acompanhar indicadores Conhecimento prático em ferramentas do MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita
