Overview 用数据驱动百事中国各渠道的促销、返利、库存与门店执行决策；通过标准化流程，把系统数据转化为可落地的返利计算、促销 tracking、店检报告及奖金结算，确保市场投入“可追踪、可核销、可优化。 Responsibilities 返利与促销核算 - 按客户合同&TM政策，完成经销商/批发/IDT月度、季度、年度返利计算 渠道活动Tracking - 维护MT、IDT渠道活动主数据相关报告 奖金与激励结算 - 根据TM季度SDO目标达成率，核算经销商及业务团队奖金 门店执行&店检 - 跟进NPD、IPAR、检核项目的报价-审批-下单-登记全流程 全国团购核销数据支持 系统数据运维 流程优化 - 把手工Excel模板转成Power BI/Alteryx自动化仪表盘，缩短月结时间，自动化Dashboard、SOP更新 Qualifications 本科及以上，统计学/财务/市场营销/供应链管理相关专业优先 经验：2年以上快消或零售数据分析、Trade Marketing经验，熟悉SAP/Nielsen/BI工具至少一种 Excel（函数、Power Query）、Power BI 或 Tableau 能独立建模型 数字敏感度高 加分项 有SQL/Python自动化经验，能把3小时手工合并压缩到10分钟 参与过快消TM或System上线项目
