Responsibilities Αποτελώντας βασικό μέλος της ομάδας μας, θα συμβάλλετε στον μετασχηματισμό της προσέγγισής μας στα σημεία πώλησης, οδηγώντας τις κατηγορίες προϊόντων μας σε νέα επίπεδα επιτυχίας. Θα αποκτήσετε βαθιά κατανόηση της ανάπτυξης σχέσεων με πελάτες, των τεχνικών πωλήσεων και των συνεχώς μεταβαλλόμενων συνθηκών της αγοράς. Θα ηγηθείτε των πωλήσεων στην περιοχή ευθύνης σας, συνεργαζόμενοι με τοπικούς φορείς και συνεργάτες, αφήνοντας ουσιαστικό αποτύπωμα. Η ανάλυση σχετικών δεδομένων και η μετατροπή τους σε επιχειρηματικά πλάνα βασισμένα σε ουσιαστικά συμπεράσματα θα είναι καθοριστική για την ανάπτυξη της εταιρείας και την ενίσχυση των εμπορικών μας σημάτων. Θα συνεργάζεστε στενά με τη δυναμική ομάδα Πωλήσεων Πεδίου (Field Sales), διασφαλίζοντας ότι οι επιχειρηματικοί μας στόχοι επιτυγχάνονται και ξεπερνιούνται. Μαζί, θα υλοποιείτε τοπικές εμπορικές πρωτοβουλίες και προωθητικές ενέργειες, προσελκύοντας το ενδιαφέρον του κοινού-στόχου και μεγιστοποιώντας την απόδοση των εμπορικών μας σημάτων. Qualifications Θα σας παρέχουμε όλη την απαραίτητη εκπαίδευση, ωστόσο υπάρχουν ορισμένες βασικές προϋποθέσεις: Ικανότητα δημιουργίας σχέσεων αμοιβαίου οφέλους (Win-Win Relationships). Δυνατότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης καταστάσεων, προσαρμόζοντας την προσέγγισή σας όταν απαιτείται. Ανάληψη πρωτοβουλιών και υπευθυνότητας, με στόχο τον εντοπισμό νέων ευκαιριών πωλήσεων. Ισχυρό ενδιαφέρον και πάθος για τον τομέα των πωλήσεων. Πτυχίο Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης (ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ) οποιασδήποτε κατεύθυνσης (απαραίτητο προσόν). Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία 1-2 ετών σε επιτυχημένο περιβάλλον Πωλήσεων ή/και στον κλάδο των Καταναλωτικών Αγαθών (Consumer Goods).
