Overview Als Unit Manager Maintenance & Sustainability ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische betrouwbaarheid van onze fabriek. Je geeft richting aan onderhoud, automatisering en duurzaamheid. Daarmee zorg je voor continuïteit, veiligheid en duurzame prestaties op de lange termijn. Responsibilities Jouw rol Als Unit Manager Maintenance & Sustainability geef je richting aan een maintenance team van ruim 30 medewerkers. Je bent onderdeel van het Management Team en werkt dagelijks samen met Production, Engineering, Quality en EHS. Samen zorg je voor een betrouwbare fabriek, stabiele productie en de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden. Je vertaalt strategie naar concrete resultaten op de werkvloer en houdt altijd oog voor veiligheid, duurzaamheid en continu verbeteren. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Verantwoordelijk voor de maintenance strategie van de site. Verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van installaties. Optimaliseren van preventief, predictief en correctief onderhoud. Aansturen en ontwikkelen van Maintenance- en Automation-teams. Borgen van effectieve onderhoudsplanning en resource-inzet. Leiden van root cause analyses en structurele verbeterprogramma's. Beheren van het maintenance budget en technische voorraden. Vertalen van de AOP en meerjarenstrategie naar concrete resultaten. Verbeteren van automation performance en reduceren van technische verliezen. Realiseren van sustainability-, utilities- en ReCon-doelstellingen. Waarborgen van veiligheid, compliance en auditgereedheid. Leveren van technisch leiderschap binnen investeringsprojecten. Qualifications Jouw profiel Het hebben van sterk leiderschap en een achtergrond in Engineering, Technologie, Operations Management of een vergelijkbare technische richting zorgt dat je snel groeit binnen PepsiCo. Hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau. Minimaal vijf jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen Maintenance, Engineering of Production. Ervaring binnen FMCG of een vergelijkbare productieomgeving. Sterke people management- en teamontwikkelingsvaardigheden. Ervaring met maintenance excellence, reliability en continu verbeteren. Kennis van RCA, performance management en onderhoudsprocessen. Vermogen om stakeholders op alle niveaus te verbinden. Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde aanpak. Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels. Interesse?
