The posting

Overview At PepsiCo UK, we’re proud to make some of the nation’s favourite snacks and drinks—like Walkers, Quaker, Doritos, Pipers, and Monster Munch. With sites across the UK, including our Quaker mill in Cupar and Doritos factory in Coventry, we’re also home to one of the world’s largest crisp factories in Leicester. As a Workforce Analyst, you will ensure that shift operations are fully resourced, compliant, and capable through effective workforce planning, skills management, and maintaining high data accuracy. You will support Frontline Managers (FLM's) by managing labour scheduling systems, resolving people-related system anomalies, and ensuring that training, capability, and compliance requirements are consistently met across the site. Responsibilities Manage holiday and planned absences across the site to maintain optimal staffing levels in line with local rules. Run advanced Workforce Management (WFM) scheduling to proactively optimise resource and skills allocation for upcoming shifts. Resolve system anomalies related to lateness and absence, escalating issues to Front Line Managers (FLM) to support effective management of time and attendance non-compliance. Collaborate with the planning team to align available resources with the production plan and ensure operational readiness. Maintain and update the Workforce Management (WFM) system, including coordinating Occupational Health referrals and processing amendments to employee hours and skill profiles. Organise required health surveillance activities, including escalations and assessments for Frontline Employees (FLE), ensuring QF104 records are accurate and up to date, and support Frontline Employee recruitment when required. Conduct skills gap analyses to ensure full capability coverage across shifts and schedule required surveys, training courses, and meetings for Frontline Employees. Ensure financial rigor and accurate reporting, managing variances, safeguarding data integrity, identifying cost-optimisation opportunities, and supporting Frontline Managers with on-shift investigations when appropriate. Qualifications Experience working in a manufacturing or operational environment, with a good understanding of how shifts and frontline teams operate. Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail, especially when working with data and schedules. Confidence using MS Office and workforce management systems, or a willingness to learn quickly. Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive or confidential information responsibly. A proactive, flexible mindset, able to adapt to changing priorities and support the team as needed. A high level of integrity, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and trust in all aspects of the role. Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep processes running smoothly. Why Join Us? We offer a competitive salary, and a wide range of benefits—from critical illness cover and discounted gym memberships to enhanced parental leave and electric car schemes. Our commitment to wellbeing and career growth makes us a Top Employer for 14 years running. Equal Opportunities We’re an equal opportunity employer, committed to the Equality Act 2010. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and will provide any necessary adjustments to support you through the recruitment process.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
