The posting

Perfec-Tone Bahamas. Nassau, in-store. Full-time.

Customers remember two things: how their skin looks and how they were treated when something went wrong. This role owns the second one.

Perfec-Tone has been doing the work for 46 years. One store in Nassau, a clinical product line, and customers who ask for people by name. We are hiring one Customer Service Supervisor to run the floor.

What the role actually is

You own the in-store experience from greeting to checkout. You handle escalated complaints and service recovery in the moment, and document every case the same day. You support the sales team with change, day-end sales reconciliation, and real-time coaching. You open and close with the Store Manager, keep the store guest-ready, run weekly stock takes, and prepare weekly deposit sheets.

You also make the operational calls. Staffing coverage through the day, shift swaps, matching labor hours to traffic, and choosing the lowest-cost way to get things done without dropping the service standard. Policy is fixed; operations are yours to optimize. If it changes what a customer is promised or what a policy says, you escalate. If it changes how today’s floor runs and what it costs, you decide, document, and report at day end.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, closed Thursday and Sunday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You report to the Store Manager.

You will do well here if

  • You have 2+ years in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing work, with at least 1 year handling complaints or leading a shift
  • You stay calm when a customer is not, and you fix it instead of passing it on
  • You are comfortable with cash handling, POS systems, spreadsheets, and end-of-day reconciliation
  • You have made staffing or scheduling decisions and watched labor costs (strong plus)
  • You are a Licensed Esthetician (a plus, not required)
