Unser Kunde ist ein international ausgerichtetes Industrieunternehmen mit Fokus auf kundenspezifische und hochwertige technische Lösungen. Für die Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir neue Mitarbeiter_innen. 1 Sachbearbeiter_in mit Produktionsverständnis Ihre Aufgaben

* Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten für Produktionscontrolling (Nachkalkulationen und Zwischenkalkulationen)

* Kontrolle und termingerechter Abschluss von Fertigungsaufträgen

* Prüfung von Stücklisten sowie Material- und Lohnkosten auf Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität

* Analyse und Behebung von Unstimmigkeiten in Fertigungs- und Materialdaten

* Erstellung von Auswertungen und Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen

* Unterstützung der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktion und Logistik bei der Fertigstellung von Aufträgen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktion, Logistik, sowie Einkauf um reibungslose Abläufe zu gewährleisten

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, HAK oder vergleichbar)

* Erste Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen, idealerweise im Metallbereich

* Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (insbesondere Excel)

* Freude am Arbeiten mit Zahlen, Daten und Auswertungen

* Analytisches Denkvermögen und Interesse an Produktions- und Kostenzusammenhängen

* Strukturierte, genaue und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

* Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
