Nu söker vi en Platschef till Malmö. Här får du leda ett erfaret team om 9 personer med hög kompetens och starka kundrelationer, samtidigt som du får stora möjligheter att påverka verksamhetens fortsatta utveckling. Som Platschef ansvarar du för butikens försäljning, resultat, personal och dagliga drift. Rollen kombinerar ett affärsmässigt ledarskap med operativt arbete, där du är närvarande i verksamheten och leder genom ditt eget engagemang.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: • Leda, coacha och utveckla medarbetarna mot gemensamma mål. • Ansvara för försäljning, budget, resultat och uppföljning. • Utveckla verksamheten med fokus på kundnöjdhet och lönsamhet. • Skapa engagemang och ett starkt samarbete mellan avdelningarna. • Arbeta operativt med försäljning, kundrelationer och butiksutveckling.

Du erbjuds en betydelsefull ledarroll med stor frihet under ansvar, ett kompetent team och möjlighet att påverka verksamheten på riktigt. Prevex erbjuder även personalförmåner och goda utvecklingsmöjligheter inom företaget.

Personprofil

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av personalansvar inom butik, handel, försäljning eller annan kundnära verksamhet. Du har ett affärsmässigt tänk, är van att arbeta mot uppsatta mål och har förståelse för budget och resultat.

Du behöver inte ha arbetat inom bygg- eller järnhandel tidigare, men det är meriterande. Störst fokus lägger vi på ditt ledarskap, ditt engagemang och din förmåga att få människor att utvecklas och prestera tillsammans.

Som person är du trygg, positiv och prestigelös. Du är en närvarande ledare som skapar förtroende, får med dig människor och inte tvekar att kavla upp ärmarna när det behövs. Du trivs med att kombinera ett tydligt affärsfokus med att utveckla och motivera dina medarbetare.

Har du en bakgrund inom idrotts- eller föreningslivet ser vi det som meriterande, då vi värdesätter egenskaper som laganda, ansvarstagande och målmedvetenhet.
