Nu söker vi en Junior Accounts Payable Specialist som vill ta ansvar, arbeta med digital fakturahantering och bli en del av ett engagerat ekonomiteam. Är det dig vi söker? Om tjänsten Perido söker en Junior Accounts Payable Specialist till vår kund, ett industriellt företag som driver storskaliga satsningar inom grön energi och tillverkning. Tjänsten är placerad i Boden med möjlighet till distansarbete två dagar i veckan. I rollen kommer du att ansvara för hantering, bokföring och kontering av inkommande leverantörsfakturor i affärssystemet NetSuite/Medius. Rollen omfattar även hantering av betalningar, banktransaktioner och kontoavstämningar. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Bokföra och kontera leverantörsfakturor enligt gällande kontoplan Säkerställa att inkommande fakturor fördelas snabbt och korrekt Förbereda och genomföra leverantörsbetalningar Utföra bank- och kontoavstämningar Bidra till att utveckla och effektivisera processer och arbetsflöden inom leverantörsreskontra Samarbeta med ekonomiteamen i Boden och Stockholm

Dina egenskaper För att lyckas i rollen är du noggrann, strukturerad och har ett öga för detaljer. Du har god problemlösningsförmåga och trivs med att identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter i processer och arbetssätt. Du arbetar självständigt, tar egna initiativ och driver dina arbetsuppgifter framåt med fokus på kvalitet och effektivitet. Är det här en utmaning du vill ta dig an? Kvalifikationer 0–2 års relevant erfarenhet av Accounts Payable Erfarenhet av systemimplementering inom leverantörsreskontra, gärna med fokus på digital fakturahantering Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift Erfarenhet av affärs- och ekonomisystem, gärna Medius Grundläggande kunskaper i Excel
