Ihre Aufgaben

  • Projektentwicklungsmanagement: Sie steuern eigenverantwortlich den gesamten Projektentwicklungszyklus vom strategischen Ankauf bis hin zum erfolgreichen Exit und gewährleisten die termingerechte und budgetkonforme Umsetzung.
  • Standort- und Machbarkeitsanalyse: Sie führen fundierte Standortbewertungen durch, erstellen detaillierte Machbarkeitsstudien, entwickeln optimale Flächenplanungen und erstellen präzise Kostenschätzungen für komplexe Gewerbe- und Wohnbauprojekte.
  • Behörden- und Stakeholder Management: Sie verhandeln professionell mit Behörden, Ämtern, Stadtplanern und Interessenvertretern der Stadtgesellschaft und bauen strategische Partnerschaften für erfolgreiche Projektrealisierungen auf.
  • Planungsverfahren: Sie begleiten und steuern städtebauliche Werkstattverfahren und Architekturwettbewerbe sowie die komplette Betreuung von Bebauungsplanverfahren von der Initiierung bis zum Satzungsbeschluss.
  • Vertragsmanagement: Sie führen Verhandlungen und steuern städtebauliche Verträge, Erschließungsverträge und nachbarschaftliche Vereinbarungen und gewährleisten deren rechtskonforme Umsetzung.
  • Reporting & Kommunikation: Sie bearbeiten das interne und externe Berichtswesen, erstellen regelmäßige Projektstatusberichte und kommunizieren Fortschritte an Management und Investoren.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur, des Bauingenieurswesens, der Immobilienwirtschaft, der Stadtplanung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Projektentwicklung mit, idealerweise bei Projektentwicklern, institutionellen Investoren oder in der Immobilienberatung.
  • Ihre Kenntnisse im Financial Modelling sind solide und Sie können Projektentwicklungen eigenständig kalkulieren und bewerten.
  • Sie verfügen über umfassende Kenntnisse in Bau- und Planungsrecht, Städtebaurecht sowie den Abläufen von Bauleitplanverfahren.
  • Sie sind eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Durchsetzungsvermögen und exzellentem Verhandlungsgeschick.
  • Sie überzeugen durch eine selbständige, präzise arbeitende und leistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations-, Durchsetzungs- sowie Präsentationsstärke.
  • Sie haben verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse.
