An exciting opportunity has become available for an Implementation Administrator to join our Bulgaria team. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of client onboarding and implementation projects, helping to ensure a seamless experience from setup through to launch.

Working closely with Implementation Specialists and cross-functional teams, you will manage client queries, process programme changes, support project coordination activities, and help keep implementations on track.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, enjoys solving problems, and is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing client enquiries through Intercom, providing timely and professional support.
  • Processing amendments, limit changes, and updates to existing client programmes.
  • Supporting implementation projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving platform or implementation-related issues.
  • Identifying and escalating potential risks that may impact project delivery or client experience.
  • Monitoring implementation activities to ensure they meet agreed standards and processes.
  • Collaborating with teams across the business to deliver a seamless and user-focused experience.
  • Building strong working relationships with stakeholders to support problem-solving and successful delivery.
  • Managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, customer support, or implementation support role.
  • A basic understanding of project management processes and tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.
  • Confidence using web-based platforms, systems, and online software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • A proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn, develop, and take ownership of your growth
  • Work Mode & Salary Hybrid work mode with a requirement to be in our Plovdiv office twice per week. Gross annual salary: €15,000.
