Voor een ambitieuze en sterk groeiende KMO actief in modulaire bouwoplossingen zoeken wij een ervaren Projectleider die met passie en vakkennis projecten van A tot Z kan begeleiden.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van uiteenlopende modulaire bouwprojecten, van opstart tot finale oplevering. Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams zoals sales, tekenaars, engineering, productie én de uitvoerende ploegen op de werf. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar innovatie centraal staat en waar elke dag anders is. Over de organisatie Deze vooruitstrevende speler in modulaire bouw zet sterk in op innovatie, geavanceerde productiemethoden en het voortdurend verbeteren van processen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Projectcoördinatie Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, budgetbewaking en realisatie van projecten binnen de vooropgestelde deadlines. Projectopvolging Je begeleidt dagelijks de interne en externe projectteams en voert regelmatige werfbezoeken uit om de voortgang en kwaliteit te bewaken. Kwaliteitscontrole Je zorgt ervoor dat alle projecten voldoen aan de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen. Stakeholderbeheer Je onderhoudt vlotte contacten met alle betrokken partijen en bewaakt een optimale samenwerking. Innovatie en procesverbetering Je denkt actief mee over optimalisaties in werkwijzen en bouwmethodes. Minimaal Bachelor Bouw of gelijkwaardige ervaring Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider, bij voorkeur in droogbouw Ervaring of interesse in modulaire bouwmethoden en staalframeconstructies is een pluspunt Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden Oplossingsgerichte en proactieve houding met scherp technisch inzicht Ervaring met projectmanagementsoftware en rapportages Rijbewijs B (voor beperkte werfbezoeken)
