Onze opdrachtgever is een innovatieve industriële onderneming actief in de ontwikkeling en assemblage van technische installaties en systemen. Om de verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een Technisch Aankoper die techniek en aankoop moeiteloos weet te combineren. Jouw uitdaging Als Technisch Aankoper vorm je de schakel tussen Engineering, Productie en leveranciers. Je vertaalt technische behoeften naar doordachte aankoopbeslissingen en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste onderdelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn aan optimale voorwaarden. Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht begrijp je tekeningen, CAD-samenstellingen en stuklijsten en weet je precies welke componenten nodig zijn voor productie en assemblage. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Interpreteren van technische tekeningen, 2D/3D CAD-modellen, assemblies en stuklijsten (BOM). Bepalen welke onderdelen, materialen en hoeveelheden nodig zijn voor productie en assemblage. Aankopen van mechanische onderdelen, elektrische componenten, bevestigingsmaterialen, plaatwerk, draai- en freesdelen en algemene verbruiksgoederen. Opvragen, analyseren en vergelijken van offertes bij bestaande en nieuwe leveranciers. Controleren van technische specificaties, afmetingen, materialen, toleranties en revisiestanden. Evalueren van prijszetting, levertijden, minimumafnames, verpakkingshoeveelheden, transportkosten en contractvoorwaarden. Bepalen van geschikte bestelhoeveelheden op basis van planning, voorraad, historisch verbruik en levertermijnen. Signaleren van prijsafwijkingen, leveringsrisico's, technische onduidelijkheden en mogelijke tekorten. Voorstellen van technisch en commercieel interessante alternatieven in overleg met Engineering. Opvolgen van bestellingen, orderbevestigingen, levertermijnen en leveringsafwijkingen. Beheren en onderhouden van artikel-, leveranciers- en aankoopgegevens binnen het ERP-systeem. Intensief samenwerken met Engineering, Productie, Logistiek, Magazijn en Finance. Technische bagage Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond binnen mechanica, elektromechanica, ontwerp- en productietechnologie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je kan zelfstandig mechanische technische tekeningen interpreteren. Je begrijpt samenstellingen en stuklijsten en vertaalt deze naar concrete aankoopbehoeften. Je hebt kennis van gangbare mechanische componenten en productietechnieken zoals plaatwerk, lasconstructies, lagers, profielen, bevestigingsmaterialen en CNC-onderdelen. Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis van elektrische componenten zoals kabels, connectoren, sensoren, voedingen, relais en schakelmateriaal. Je hebt oog voor detail en controleert nauwkeurig specificaties, materialen, aantallen en revisies.

Ervaring: Ervaring binnen technische aankoop is een sterke troef. Ook kandidaten met ervaring in werkvoorbereiding, mechanisch ontwerp, productieplanning, calculatie of industriële assemblage komen in aanmerking. Ervaring met Autodesk Inventor of andere CAD-software is een pluspunt. Kennis van ERP-systemen is gewenst; ervaring met SAP vormt een extra troef. Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Excel.

Jouw sterktes : Je kijkt verder dan enkel de stukprijs en houdt rekening met kwaliteit, beschikbaarheid, voorraadimpact en totale aankoopkost. Je bent analytisch sterk en herkent snel afwijkingen of risico's. Je communiceert vlot met interne stakeholders en leveranciers. Je neemt initiatief en anticipeert op mogelijke problemen. Je combineert een nauwkeurige administratieve aanpak met praktisch technisch inzicht.

Talen : Nederlands: vlot mondeling en schriftelijk. Engels: goede professionele kennis voor technische documentatie en leverancierscontacten. Duits: een mooie meerwaarde.
