Job Description Ready to take on a new Project Engineer/ Engineer (MVAC/HVAC) challenge? This role is ideal for an organized professional looking to grow within an established building and construction firm. You will handle technical submissions and site coordination for mechanical ventilation and air conditioning systems. Join a team where your technical expertise directly impacts project delivery and engineering standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities • Prepare comprehensive technical equipment and drawing submissions for approval by the relevant consulting team. • Manage combined services drawings to ensure accurate alignment of all mechanical and electrical installations. • Coordinate all site activities and provide direct supervision to ensure work meets project specifications. • Draft detailed method statements for construction tasks and final testing and commissioning procedures. • Communicate regularly with main contractors and consultants to review designs and technical material submissions. • Report directly to the project manager regarding site progress and daily mechanical installation updates.

Job Requirements • Hold a Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. • Possess at least three years of relevant experience in MVAC or HVAC building projects. • Demonstrate proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation. • Maintain high levels of fluency in both written and spoken Chinese to support client interactions. • Show a strong understanding of building mechanical systems and installation project lifecycles. • Proven ability to manage technical documentation and liaise effectively with various project stakeholders.
