Key Duties & Responsibilities • Identify and evaluate new suppliers to secure the best pricing and high quality materials. • Negotiate contract terms and delivery schedules with vendors to meet strict project timelines. • Issue and track purchase orders accurately to ensure all procurement records are kept current. • Work closely with operations teams to understand material needs and plan for timely deliveries. • Keep a close eye on inventory levels to maintain adequate stock for all active sites. • Resolve any issues regarding invoice discrepancies or delays in the delivery of ordered supplies. • Monitor vendor performance consistently to ensure all partners meet established service level agreements. • Follow internal procurement policies to maintain full compliance across all purchasing activities and records.

Job Requirements • Diploma or professional certification in business administration or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience within the construction procurement sector. • Deep knowledge of construction materials, heavy equipment, and subcontractor hiring processes. • Strong negotiation skills with a history of effectively managing diverse vendor relationships. • High level of proficiency using standard office software for tracking and reporting duties. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple urgent tasks in a fast-paced setting. • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
