Job Description

A reputable firm is looking to add a Senior Project Engineer to its team. This role suits a hands-on professional with strong oversight experience in the construction sector. You will lead site operations to ensure projects finish on schedule and within budget.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities to maintain project momentum and safety standards across all active zones.

• Supervise onsite workers to ensure all construction tasks meet strict design specifications and quality goals.

• Manage the comprehensive project schedule to guarantee that every milestone is completed by the deadline.

• Execute detailed project planning and design processes to prevent costly delays during the construction phase.

• Oversee material requisitions and cost controls to keep the project budget aligned with original estimates.

• Maintain accurate project documentation to track progress and report performance metrics to senior management teams.

Job Requirements

• Hold a Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Demonstrate professional fluency in written and spoken English for clear team communication.

• Possess proven experience managing complex construction schedules and project resource planning.

• Show the ability to work independently while remaining a proactive member of a larger team.

• Maintain strong organizational skills with the capacity to perform well under tight project deadlines.
