Site Coordinator/Site Engineer

Job Description Could this Site Coordinator/Site Engineer opening be your next move? An established construction firm is looking for a proactive professional to oversee project planning and onsite coordination. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on site management and wants to grow within a busy, expanding organization.

Key Duties & Responsibilities • Manage daily site activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality specifications. • Liaise effectively with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate site operations and maintain workflow efficiency. • Prepare accurate and timely progress reports for project managers, consultants, and relevant external stakeholders. • Monitor project expenses closely and keep track of all ongoing construction variation works throughout projects. • Enforce strict adherence to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. • Maintain organized project documentation and records to support successful project handover and final completion. • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical issues and support overall site operational goals.

Job Requirements • Degree or diploma in Construction Management or a relevant engineering field. • At least 2 years of professional experience working with a builder or contractor. • Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and reviewing technical site drawings and project plans. • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively manage stakeholders and project teams. • Ability to work independently while acting as a reliable team player on site. • Strong attention to detail regarding regulatory compliance and project documentation standards.

What's on Offer • Monthly salary range between $3,800 and $4,500 based on experience. • Full-time permanent employment position. • Standard 6-day work week schedule.
