Position Summary:

As the Account Executive you will be responsible for selling new accounts and acquiring new customer acquisition for our PAC divisions as we are looking to expand our doors. Day to day activities include, but are not limited to: pulling inventory, providing accounts with inventory, providing updates on orders, selling in new products, cold calling prospective customers, creating slide decks for presentations, selling in new products and bringing in customers / negotiating cost and amount per unit. The ideal candidate is an aggressive, highly organized seller with strong systems knowledge who thrives on opening new doors and closing net-new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive net-new customer acquisition and business development (60% of focus) to expand door counts in the PAC division across sporting goods, outdoor, full-price, and off-price retail channels.
  • Manage, maintain, and grow an assigned account portfolio (40% of focus), starting with a baseline of 4 to 5 accounts with $1M in revenue and scaling toward ~10 total accounts and $10M in revenue potential.
  • Prospect, cold call, pitch new products, create presentation slide decks, and negotiate pricing, costs, and unit volumes to win new doors and execute competitive displacement.
  • Pull inventory reports, provide current accounts with inventory and order updates, analyze sell-through data, and manage the balance between seasonal sell-in and stock management.
  • Oversee product lines focusing on Men's accessories (belts, wallets, and small leather goods) across sporting goods accounts like Dick's Sporting Goods, Bass Pro Shops, Big 5, Academy, and Dunham's.
  • Travel to New York 4 times per year for market meetings and trade presentations.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience as a Junior AE or Account Executive.
  • Men’s accessories experience (belts, wallets, small leather goods) with an established customer base in the category.
  • Direct experience selling to sporting goods and outdoor retail accounts.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for managing inventory, sales data, and reporting.
  • Being bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus.
  • Existing buyer relationships with Dick’s Sporting Goods or Bass Pro Shops is a plus.
  • Combined experience across off-price and full-price retail channels is a plus.
  • Background in merchandise planning is a plus.

  • Highly organized with strong systems knowledge and operational discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating terms and presenting pitch decks to key retail buyers.
