Chargé de projets Bâtiments \& Infrastructures (H/F/D)

Pour l’un de nos clients, acteur industriel de premier plan établi dans la région de Bienne, Persag SA recherche un(e) Chargé(e) de projets Bâtiments \& Infrastructures.

Votre mission principale consistera à analyser, préparer et piloter des projets complexes de transformation et de rénovation de bâtiments, intégrant différentes disciplines techniques.

Lieu : Région de Bienne Taux d’activité : 100 % Contrat : CDI

Vos Responsabilités

  • Réaliser des diagnostics approfondis des bâtiments et locaux existants, en intégrant les aspects techniques, énergétiques, réglementaires et fonctionnels.
  • Analyser les besoins et définir les stratégies de rénovation, transformation ou adaptation des bâtiments.
  • Élaborer différents scénarios en tenant compte des contraintes techniques, économiques, environnementales et des besoins futurs.
  • Piloter les études de faisabilité techniques, financières et environnementales.
  • Participer à la définition et à la programmation des besoins.
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants : architectes, ingénieurs, bureaux d’études, spécialistes techniques du bâtiment et interlocuteurs métiers.
  • Assurer l’interface entre les différents partenaires internes et externes.
  • Rédiger, adapter et valider les cahiers des charges, documents contractuels et dossiers de consultation.
  • Participer à la sélection des prestataires et à la préparation des appels d’offres.

Votre profil

  • Formation d’Ingénieur HES, Technicien ES ou formation/expérience jugée équivalente, idéalement spécialisée dans les techniques du bâtiment ou la construction.
  • Une formation ou expérience complémentaire en génie civil constitue un atout.
  • Minimum 10 ans d’expérience confirmée dans le pilotage de projets de pré\-étude, de transformation ou de rénovation d’ouvrages.
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience solide dans les phases amont des projets, notamment dans le diagnostic de l’existant, les études de faisabilité, la définition de scénarios, la programmation des besoins et la préparation de cahiers des charges.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise dans la coordination de projets multidisciplinaires impliquant architectes, ingénieurs, bureaux d’études et spécialistes techniques.
  • Vous possédez d’excellentes capacités d’analyse et savez prendre du recul afin d’identifier et de proposer les solutions les plus pertinentes.

Autonome et rigoureux(se), vous disposez d’un bon sens des responsabilités et d’excellentes capacités de communication.
