Am Standort arbeiten rund 20 Mitarbeitende, bei denen Engagement, Flexibilität und Innovationskraft zählen. Die neu geschaffene Stelle schreibt sie zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt nicht selbst aus. Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständiges Programmieren von Fräsbearbeitungen mit MasterCAM und Mazatrol
  • Einrichten und Einfahren von Werkstücken an der 3\-Achs\- und der 5\-Achs\-Maschine
  • Fertigen von Präzisionsteilen mit Schwerpunkt Fräsen
  • Sicherstellen von Qualität und Massgenauigkeit der gefertigten Bauteile
  • Übernehmen der Verantwortung für den zugewiesenen Maschinenpark von zwei Mazak Maschinen
  • Mitwirken bei der Inbetriebnahme der neuen 5\-Achs\-Maschine ab 2028 und Übernehmen der Federführung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ oder Produktionsmechaniker EFZ mit Schwerpunkt CNC
  • Zwingend: Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im CNC\-Fräsen und in der Programmierung mit MasterCAM
  • Von Vorteil: Kenntnisse in Mazatrol
  • Freude an der Mechanik und an der Arbeit an komplexen Bauteilen
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, fleissige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an einer langfristigen Anstellung auf fachlicher Ebene
  • Deutsch: Sehr Gut (B2\)

Deine Perspektiven Du übernimmst eine neu geschaffene Position mit viel Eigenverantwortung und einer langfristigen Perspektive. Ab 2028 darfst du die Federführung an einer ganz neuen 5\-Achs\-Maschine übernehmen. Der kürzlich ausgebaute Betrieb ist top modern, in der Kantine stehen Mikrowelle und Airfryer für deine Mittagspause bereit und bei schönem Wetter lädt die Terrasse zum Verweilen ein. Im Team herrscht ein kollegialer Umgang mit Feierabendbier und gemeinsamen Festen. Der Standort ist ab der Autobahn gut erreichbar, gratis Parkplätze stehen dir zur Verfügung.
