Deine Aufgaben

* Begleiten des On\- und Offboarding\-Prozesses von Mitarbeitenden entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles * Mitgestalten bei der Weiterentwicklung des Onboarding\-Prozesses * Mitwirken beim Durchführen von HR\-Schulungen für neue Mitarbeiter * Erstellen von Arbeitsverträgen sowie weiteren personaladministrativen Dokumenten * Verfassen von Zwischen\- und Arbeitszeugnissen im Abacus\-System und Workday * Aktualisieren und Optimieren von Stellenbeschreibungen

* Mitarbeiten in einem Payroll\-Projekt * Begleiten des Rekrutierungsprozesses von der Erstellung von Stelleninseraten bis zur Bewerberkorrespondenz

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung in der HR\-Administration sowie Personalgewinnung
  • Weiterbildung im HR\-Bereich auf Stufe Fachausweis oder gleichwertig
  • Gute MS\-Office Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Abacus und Workday von grossem Vorteil
  • Payroll\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Offene und kommunikative mit Freude am Austausch mit Mitarbeitenden und internen Ansprechpersonen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Dienstleistungsgedanken
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher (C2\) / Englisch: bis sehr gut (B2\-C1\)
