Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantworten von Budget, Kennzahlen und Investitionsplanung der technischen Abteilung
  • Leiten des Bereichs mit Mechanik, Elektrik und Infrastruktur und Fördern des sechsköpfigen Kernteams
  • Planen und Steuern der laufenden Wartung sowie der jährlichen Grossrevision im Sommer
  • Gewährleisten einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit und des langfristigen Werterhalts bei wirtschaftlichem Ressourceneinsatz
  • Vorantreiben von Optimierungsprojekten (KVP) gemeinsam mit den Schnittstellen im Werk und externen Partnern
  • Überwachen der Vorgaben zu Sicherheit, Umwelt und Qualität sowie Einbringen der technischen Sicht ins Führungsteam des Werks

Dein Profil

  • Technische Grundbildung mit anschliessendem Abschluss als Ingenieur FH
  • Mehrjährige Praxis in der Industrie inklusive Führungsverantwortung
  • Gespür für Menschen: Teams weiterentwickeln und gemeinsam Ziele erreichen
  • Klare Kommunikation und Entscheidungsfreude, verbunden mit einer verlässlichen, strukturierten und verantwortungsbewussten Arbeitsweise, unternehmerischem Denken und konsequenter Umsetzung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
  • Bereitschaft für Pikettdienst und Flexibilität bei Einsätzen im Betrieb rund um die Uhr
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher (C2), Englisch: Gut (B1)

Deine Perspektiven

Dich erwartet eine Führungsposition mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum in einem international vernetzten Industrieumfeld. Die Anstellung richtet sich nach dem GAV MEM-Industrie und umfasst mindestens fünf Wochen Ferien sowie eine Wochenarbeitszeit von 40 Stunden. Überdurchschnittliche Versicherungsleistungen und Unterstützung bei der Weiterbildung runden das Angebot ab. Gratisparkplätze am Standort erleichtern dir den Arbeitsweg, und in der Kantine auf dem Werkgelände verpflegst du dich gut.
