Unsere Kundin plant, realisiert und betreut moderne Lösungen rund um Wärme, erneuerbare Energien und Wasser. Qualität, Nachhaltigkeit und eine praxisnahe Beratung stehen dabei im Mittelpunkt. Deine Aufgaben

  • Operative Serviceleitung, Führen von 2 bis 4 Mitarbeitenden sowie Planen der Personaleinsätze des Serviceteams
  • Bearbeiten von Kundenreklamationen sowie Ausführen und Nachverfolgen von Garantieaufträgen
  • Unterstützen und Vertreten der Leitung Badsanierungen bei Beratungsgesprächen, Planungsaufgaben und der Koordination von Ausführungsarbeiten
  • Koordinieren der Baustellen, Disponieren des Materials, Kontrollieren der Rapporte und Ausmasse sowie Erstellen der Kundenrechnungen
  • Betreuen von Privatkunden, Liegenschaftsverwaltungen und Geschäftspartnern
  • Begleiten der Projekte von der Offerte über die Ausführungsplanung bis zur Abnahme und Ausstellen der Schlussrechnung

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung als Sanitärinstallateur oder Heizungsinstallateur oder dementsprechende Berufserfahrung in der Gebäudetechnik
  • Weiterbildung als Chefmonteur, Projektleiter Gebäudetechnik, Techniker HF oder Technischer Kaufmann (geplant oder noch in Ausbildung)
  • Führerschein Kat. B
  • Kundenfreundliche, verantwortungs- und qualitätsbewusste sowie selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe, systematische und rationelle Arbeitsweise sowie unternehmerische Denk- und Handlungsweise
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher
