Unsere Auftraggeberin ist ein bestens verankertes und regional aktives KMU in der Immobilienentwicklung und -verwaltung. Mit attraktiven Bauprojekten und hochwertigem Design hat sie sich einen festen Platz in der Zentralschweizer Immobilienbranche geschaffen. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine fachkompetente, anpackende Bewirtschaftungspersönlichkeit, die sich in familiären, unkomplizierten und wertschätzenden Strukturen wohlfühlt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bewirtschaften eines attraktiven Portfolios mit Mietliegenschaften und Stockwerkeigentum
  • Ausführen von Marketingaktivitäten, Erstellen von Mietverträgen, Führen der Administration von Vertragsänderungen, Mietzinsanpassungen etc.
  • Abnehmen und Übergeben von Mietobjekten bei Mieterwechsel oder Erstvermietungen
  • Führen und Überwachen von Hauswarten und Dienstleistern
  • Erteilen von Auskünften und Kontaktpflege mit Mietern, Eigentümern sowie Lieferanten
  • Erstellen von Statistiken, Listen, Reportings und Budgetunterlagen
  • Aushelfen und Stellvertreten im Team
  • Mithelfen bei internen Projekten und Anlässen

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und Immobilien-Weiterbildung oder auf dem Weg dazu
  • Mehrjährige Berufspraxis in der Immobilienbranche und Kenntnisse als Bewirtschafterin
  • Kenntnisse in der Bewirtschaftung von Stockwerkeigentümergemeinschaften von Vorteil
  • Belastbare, dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Teamspirit
  • Gepflegtes, freundliches und lösungsorientiertes Auftreten
  • Hohe Selbstständigkeit, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gesundes Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute, aktuelle MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Praxis mit Immo-Software
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil aber kein Muss
