We are seeking an Assistant Product Owner / Business Analyst to support the delivery and enhancement of the Avaloq Wealth Platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Agile delivery teams to gather requirements, manage the product backlog, drive change initiatives, and ensure successful implementation of business and system enhancements.

Contract: 12 Months Location: Changi Biz Park

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support product backlog management and prioritization with Product Owners.
  • Coordinate change initiatives, UAT, training, and user documentation.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver enhancements and process improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for wealth management processes and Avaloq-related initiatives.
  • Manage BAU requests and provide support for functional queries.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Change Management within Wealth Banking.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery, UAT, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Avaloq and wealth management processes is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
