How will you make an impact?

The Customer Operations & Support (CO&S) Integration Data Analyst supports high-priority integration activities across APAC by providing data analysis,reporting, and insights to enable effective decision-making and integration execution.This role is responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting data across the CO&S integration program to provide visibility into performance, milestones, risks, and business outcomes.

The Analyst will work closely with project managers, commercial leads, workstream leads,and cross-functional stakeholders to establish consistent reporting, maintain data integrity, identify trends and issues, and translate complex data into actionable insights. The role will also support the development and maintenance of dashboards, performance metrics, and recurring reporting to enable effective program governance and execution.

What will you do?

1. Data Analysis & Reporting for the respective Division Quote to Cash process

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple workstreams, regions, and business functions to support CO&S integration activities
  • Develop and maintain recurring reports,dashboards, and key performance indicators to monitor integration progress and business performance
  • Analyze trends, variances, and performance drivers to identify issues, risks, and opportunities requiring management attention.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and data requests related to integration priorities and business decisions

2. Data Management & Quality for Division

  • Validate and reconcile data across trackers, reporting tools and source systems to identify gaps and inconsistencies
  • Partner with workstream and functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve the quality and reliability of reporting
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, reporting, and analytical processes

3. Division Reports & Data Governance Support

  • Point of Contact for APAC Division's Stakeholders with Global & Country Master Data Team & IT
  • Create, Remove, Maintain Division related Master Data (Customer , Material, Procurement)
  • Data Cleansing ensure Data Migration achieve>98% accuracy vs Legacy
  • Maintain Division Master Data as One Source of Truth

How will you get here?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics,Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or a related quantitative discipline

Experience

  • Experience in data analysis, business operations, reporting, or a related analytical role
  • Experience collecting, validating, reconciling, and analyzing data from multiple sources
  • Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc management analyses
  • Experience supporting Customer Operations, Customer Care, Service, Commercial Operations, or related business functions is preferred
  • Experience supporting business transformation,integration, or cross-functional initiatives is preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills to support data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, join, and validate data from ERP and CRM sources for reporting and integration analysis
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as JD Edwards(E1), SAP, and Salesforce is preferred. Familiarity with ESKER, EDI, or HP ALM is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to identify data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and management reporting
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate reporting within established timelines
