Responsibilities

  • Data Scientist to develop, deploy, and continuously enhance AI and GenAI solutions that solve real business challenges.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, data, and technology teams to translate business challenges into actionable insights and production-ready AI solutions, leveraging Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and related AI techniques.
  • Hands-on AI development, advanced analytics, technical problem-solving, and business engagement, with opportunities to contribute across the full AI product lifecycle from business analysis and solution design to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement

Skills/Requirement

· 3+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, preferably within financial services

· Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative discipline

· Hands-on experience in developing AI and GenAI solutions with ML, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI evaluation etc.

· Proficiency in common programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and modern AI development frameworks

· Experience with cloud and data platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks, Spark, Hadoop)

· Understanding of AI solution deployment, monitoring, model lifecycle management, and production support practices
