Responsibilities

• Conduct counselling sessions for students, including appointments and walk-in cases, with proper case monitoring and follow-up.

• Monitor and provide regular updates on student cases, including At-Risk and High-Risk cases.

• Prepare case reports and participate in case management meetings.

• Manage the online counselling appointment booking system.

• Work with relevant stakeholders to support crisis intervention and student well-being.

Requirements

• Degree in Counselling.

• Registered with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC).

• At least 1 year of counselling experience in an MOE secondary school and/or junior college.

• Undergo ongoing supervision by a qualified clinical supervisor.

• Provide written confirmation of supervision arrangements, including the supervisor’s qualifications and supervision frequency.

• Possess relevant counselling skills, good communication skills, and case management abilities.
