Brief Summary:

  • Support product and system initiatives that enhance day-to-day retail banking operations and customer experience.
  • This role combines market research, requirements documentation, project coordination, and branch support for product/system improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research on retail products and services to support product positioning and improvement initiatives
  • Prepare clear product and system requirement documentation for enhancements and new initiatives
  • Coordinate with technical teams on project delivery for new products and system enhancement requests
  • Investigate reported issues, identify root causes, and propose practical fixes for functional defects
  • Provide support to branches on product- and system-related queries, troubleshooting, and follow-ups
  • Track product and system upgrades, including timelines, testing support, and rollout coordination
  • Contribute to ongoing digitalisation initiatives that improve personal banking processes and user experience
  • Assist with preparing supporting materials (e.g., analysis summaries and internal updates) for stakeholders
  • Undertake other duties assigned by the supervisor or management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance or a related discipline
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in product, system, operations, or project support (experience level can be assessed case-by-case)
  • Strong ability to gather requirements, document processes, and follow through on action items
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight timelines
  • Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively with branches and internal teams
  • Strong interest in technology and process improvement; comfortable learning new systems/tools
