Zur Ergänzung des Teams unseres internationalen Kunden in der Region Basel suchen wir eine/n Artwork Creation Manager (m/w)

Artwork Creation Manager (m/w) ==============================

Tasks \& Responsibilities:

• Erstellung und Bearbeitung von PDF\-Dateien für pharmazeutische Verpackungsmaterialien wie Faltschachteln, Folien, Etiketten und Packungsbeilagen

• Anpassung bestehender PDFs sowie Erstellung neuer Druckvorlagen für Produkteinführungen und Produkterweiterungen

• Erstellung und Pflege von grafischen Templates, Stanzkonturen und Druckstandards

• Pflege von Tabellen und grafischen Standards für die Erstellung von Druckvorlagen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Configuration Manager zur Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung und zur frühzeitigen Lösung möglicher Verzögerungen

• Zentrale Ansprechperson für externe Artwork\-Dienstleister, interne Fachstellen und externe Verpackungsstandorte bei Fragen zur PDF\-Erstellung

• Verwaltung und Upload von Dateien in die PDF Library sowie Erstellung von Content Sheets in Esko WebCenter

• Erstellung, Pflege und Dokumentation von Textmakros in der Textdatenbank oder Skripten in Chili, sofern erforderlich

• Finalisierung der Druckdaten und Bereitstellung der Druckvorlagen für externe Druckdienstleister

• Durchführung und Dokumentation der vorgeschriebenen GMP\-Checklisten sowie Archivierung relevanter Unterlagen

• Pflege länderspezifischer Vorgaben und grafischer Dokumentationen

• Unterstützung beim Reklamationsmanagement und bei der Bearbeitung ungeplanter Ereignisse im Qualitätsmanagementsystem

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter GMP\-Vorgaben, des Packaging Style Guide sowie länder\- und standortspezifischer Anforderungen

• Prüfung von Verpackungsdruckdaten hinsichtlich Qualität, Standards, Texten und Korrekturabzügen

Must Haves:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Digital\- und Printmediendesigner/in oder Grafikdesigner/in

• 5 bis 10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld oder bei einem spezialisierten Dienstleister

• Erfahrung bzw. Qualifikation im Bereich Labeling \& Artwork Management oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet sowie Kenntnisse der GMP\-Anforderungen

• Expertenkenntnisse in Adobe Illustrator und Adobe InDesign

• Solide Erfahrung mit Artwork Verification Tools wie GlobalVision, TVT (Text Verification Tool) oder Esko

• Fliessende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
