Ziel der Rolle:

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Buchhaltungsprozesse. Gleichzeitig unterstützen Sie die Finanzleitung und bringen Ihr Fachwissen bei der Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen und Projekten ein.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Verantwortung für die operative Finanzbuchhaltung

Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

Führung von Haupt-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltungen

Erstellung von MWST-Abrechnungen

Unterstützung der Finanzleitung im Tagesgeschäft

Mitarbeit bei Prozessoptimierungen und Finanzprojekten

Erstellung von Auswertungen und Analysen

Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Finanzberichterstattung

Ihr Profil:

Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen

Abschlusssicherheit nach ORSehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse

Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Infoniqa

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
