Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als: Leiter Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (a).

Ziel der Rolle:

In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für das Finanz- und Rechnungswesen und unterstützen das Executive Management bei strategischen und finanziellen Entscheidungen. Gleichzeitig treiben Sie die Weiterentwicklung von Finanzprozessen, Digitalisierungsvorhaben und organisatorischen Strukturen aktiv voran.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Finanzbuchhaltung

Verantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach Swiss GAAP FER

Koordination des gruppenweiten Konsolidierungsprozesses

Verantwortung für Steuer- und Mehrwertsteuerfragen

Liquiditätsplanung, Cash Management sowie Budgetierung und Forecasts

Ansprechpartner für Revisionsstellen, Banken und externe Berater

Mitarbeit bei Projekten, Gesellschaftsgründungen und Organisationsentwicklungen

Ihr Profil:

Höhere Ausbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (eidg. Fachausweis, Experte Rechnungslegung & Controlling, FH oder vergleichbar)

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen eines KMU

Kenntnisse in Konsolidierungsprozessen

Gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Steuer- und Mehrwertsteuerrecht

Erste Führungserfahrung oder Potenzial zur Führung eines Finance-Teams

Interesse an Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
