Stammdatenmanager SAP (a)

Ziel der Rolle:

In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die globale Governance und Qualität von Material-, Kunden- und Lieferantenstammdaten innerhalb der SAP-Systemlandschaft. Sie stellen die Datenkonsistenz über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus sicher und treiben Standardisierung, Datenqualität sowie internationale Transformations- und Migrationsprojekte aktiv voran.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Verantwortung für die Erstellung, Pflege, Änderung und Stilllegung von Material-, Kunden- und Lieferantenstammdaten

Sicherstellung konsistenter Datenstandards, Genehmigungsprozesse und Datenqualitätsrichtlinien

Betreuung von Materialstammdaten, Stücklisten und produktionsrelevanten Stammdaten

Koordination von Kunden- und Lieferantenstammdaten inklusive SAP Business Partner Rollen und Erweiterungen

Unterstützung von ERP-Migrationen, SAP-S/4HANA-Einführungen und internationalen Standorttransfers

Durchführung von Datenvalidierungen, Bereinigungen und Datenqualitätsanalysen

Abstimmung mit Engineering, Produktion, Einkauf, Supply Chain, Vertrieb, Finanzen und IT

Überwachung relevanter Datenqualitäts-KPIs und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen

Optimierung von Stammdatenprozessen, Automatisierungen und Workflows

Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterstützung internationaler Anwendergruppen

Ihr Profil:

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-Stammdatenmanagement in einem internationalen Industrie- oder Produktionsumfeld

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP ECC und/oder SAP S/4HANA

Erfahrung mit Materialstämmen, Stücklisten sowie Kunden- und Lieferantenstammdaten

Kenntnisse im SAP Business Partner Konzept und idealerweise SAP MDG

Erfahrung mit ERP-Migrationen, Datenmigrationen oder SAP-Rollouts

Verständnis von Produktions-, Logistik-, Beschaffungs- und Supply-Chain-Prozessen

Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten

Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management
