Leitung Verkaufsinnendienst (m/w/d) 100%

In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für den Verkaufsinnendienst, den Kundendienst inklusive Reparaturwerkstatt sowie Spedition. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team von sechs Mitarbeitenden sorgen Sie für effiziente Abläufe und einen erstklassigen Kundenservice.

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Kaufmännische/ technische Grundausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung
  • Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst mit nationaler und internationaler Kundschaft
  • Organisationsgeschick, natürliche Autorität und Vorbildfunktion
  • Abteilungsübergreifendes Denken und Handeln
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS\-Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\-, Französisch\- und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung von Mitarbeitenden von VID, Fabrikladen und Spedition (6 Personen)
  • Auftragskoordination und Verarbeitung sowie Exportadministration
  • Betreuung der nationalen und internationalen Kundschaft
  • Unterstützung von Aussendienst\-Mitarbeitenden und dem Verkaufsleiter
  • Verarbeitung von Marketingaufgaben (Verkaufsunterlagen, Pricing usw.)
  • Erreichung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Vorgaben
