Das können Sie bewegen

  • Erstellung von Beschlussentwürfen zuhanden der KESB
  • Sachverhalts- und Rechtsabklärungen im Bereich Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz
  • Führung und Protokollierung von Anhörungen im Rahmen des Abklärungsverfahrens
  • Juristische Unterstützung der Behördenmitglieder
  • Erarbeitung von Lösungen auf freiwilliger Basis in Zusammenarbeit mit den Betroffenen/Triage von Betroffenen an subsidiäre Fachstellen
  • Formulieren von Abklärungsaufträgen an Externe
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Organisation und der fachlichen Standards
  • Weitere Abklärungsaufgaben im Auftrag der KESB

Was Sie dafür auszeichnet

  • Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung und/oder Zusatzausbildung in den Fachgebieten des Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzes (Erfahrung im Kindesschutz von Vorteil)
  • Weiterbildung und/oder Erfahrung im zivilprozessualen oder verwaltungsrechtlichen Verfahren
  • Belastbare, durchsetzungsstarke und integre Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten
  • Freude und Interesse an Menschen und sozialen Fragestellungen

Ihr Wirkungsfeld

Im Auftrag der Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde (KESB) führen Sie Rechts- und Sachverhaltsabklärungen durch, leisten Unterstützung bei Anhörungen und wirken bei der Ausarbeitung von Entscheiden mit. Weiter sind Sie für die telefonische Fachberatung zuständig
